​We understand that accessing mental health care can be challenging. That's why we've designed a program that you can complete on your own time and at your own pace. Our 14-day program is designed to provide you with practical tools and techniques to improve your mental health and well-being. Our daily journalling exercises help you identify the patterns of thought and behaviour that can hold you back, and develop new habits that promote positive change in your life.
