Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

  • This website is run by Living Light Collective for the purpose of information, sharing of tools and resources to members of the site, and the general public - you can create an account by supplying your name and email address to access a wealth of resources held within the site. These are available to assist your mental wellness goals and journal. You are able to use it for that purpose, however use or dissemination for your own financial gain, commercial benefit or otherwise is against the law. Its contents remain the intellectual property of Living Light Collective. Any content accessed within the site remains the owned IP of Living Light Collective, and should you chose to remove, copy or distribute any content within you are stealing from us, the rightful owners.

  • Customers of our site gain access to tools, information and events and as such your purchase is not refundable. Events terms are attached to each event. We understand at times you may not be able to attend an event/program/service for personal reasons, if you communicate with us prior, and we can offer you an alternative, then we will do what we can to accommodate you in the future. However, if you are unable to attend, you can not transfer your attendance to another person on the day and you must therefore forfeit your attendance. Change to an event registration can be made up to 2 weeks prior with notice given, as we reserve the right to change this at any time, as some events may require longer lead times. Once you have registered in a program, or with a service no refund will be given after the program has started. You will be supported in your goal of becoming a published author every step of the way.

  • Products proven faulty will be replaced. There is no replacement for missed or failed delivery of your item, unless proven fault of the carrier. Please be patient whilst we assist you in that process should it prevail.

  • Payment Methods (Credit / Debit Cards are available through Stripe. Offline Payments direct from your bank to ours can be made, and system or product access will be given once payment is received.

  • We do reserve the right to change any of our offerings at any point in time.

  • Once dates are published we do all in our human power to commit to the published date and commitment. Sometimes change happens. We commit to always communicating with you about these such times openly and honestly.

  • Light Living Collective are the Owners of our intellectual property. Australian copyright laws apply extending to our site, our content, our events, Programs, Services, our resource files and programs, including our logos and graphics.

  • We reserve the Right to suspend or cancel member account. Should this action be taken against you. An email stating its occurrence will be sent to you. We reserve the right to take this action without further explanation.

  • Indemnification - LLC, its partners, owners, and community partners are not responsible in any legal sense, for a persons actions, behaviours or consequences born from being in relation to Living Light Collective. A reasonable person, engaging in products, services, events or products from Living light collective does so under their own sensibilities and is not able to hold Living Light collective or persons responsible for that action or the actions that person chooses to take after engagement in said product, service, program or event.

  • Limitation of liability - In no event/program shall any party to this agreement be liable to any other party for any lost, profits or special, exemplary, coincidental or punitive damages, even if informed of the possibility of such damages.

  • We reserve the right to change and modify Terms

  • We request direct contact through phone or email, for any issue you may have with Light Living Collective, its programs, services, products, staff or content.

Event Terms and conditions are laid out within the event booking - reason being there may be different terms and conditions depending on the venue and travel arrangements. So for any event related queries please refer to the event page or your booking. Or simply contact us info@livinglightcollective.com.au

The below terms are laid out for Living Light Collective, its Passion 2 Paperback Author support, What's UR Story?; and The Story Coach. To ensure clarity for all involved. If you have any questions, please discuss them directly with us.

Specific Terms And conditions. (Magazine ads, articles, Passion 2 Paperback, Self Publishing Partnerships)

There are specific terms inrelation to engagement in becoming an Author or Self publishing. As they need to be specific to the engagement you elect to have with Living Light Collective and its service partners. So Specific terms and conditions of each engagement are sent to you and co-signed with you at the start of our partnership. They will always include expectations on timings, deliverables to enable your successful outcome, any payments due and when, and include the opportunity for your publications to be released to specific countries or the world. They will always include that you retain the rights for your content and that you provide your content with knowledge that it MUST be created by you and not AI, and must not breach any copyright laws.
